for 77xc Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "77xc", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 77xc platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 77xc website accessible at 77xc.bio, including all subpages, games, betting markets, account management tools, and support facilities.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 77xc platform or otherwise accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered account opened in your name on the 77xc platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your 77xc account wallet at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process 77xc applies to all registered accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket tournament, for which 77xc offers dedicated betting markets each season.

Access to and use of the 77xc platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77xc strictly enforces this minimum age requirement through KYC verification on every registered account without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to individual players. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 77xc is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77xc or any affiliated gaming operator at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual for your own personal entertainment and not in a professional capacity on behalf of a business or other legal entity.
• You must not have had a previous 77xc account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

77xc reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

To use the real-money features of the 77xc platform you must register an account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your account:

• Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 77xc will not be responsible for any failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 77xc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details.
• You must notify 77xc support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC verification is mandatory for all 77xc accounts. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and where requested, documentation relating to your chosen payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.
• 77xc may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance to the account holder.

All financial transactions on the 77xc platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 77xc accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 77xc balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers are processed within standard banking hours. 77xc does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name. 77xc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.

Processing times: 77xc aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. USDT withdrawals are processed to the blockchain and are subject to network confirmation times.

• 77xc reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your account and used for wagering.
• Any funds that 77xc reasonably suspects to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be held pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

77xc offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 77xc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification will be treated in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds that meet the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• PSL seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the commencement of each PSL tournament on the 77xc platform.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the 77xc platform. Specific rules for individual games and betting markets are published within each game or market interface:

• All casino game outcomes on 77xc are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by trained dealers on camera in real time.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual gaming session.
• Sports betting odds are set by 77xc's trading team and reflect our assessment of probability. Odds are subject to change prior to event start. Once a bet is confirmed at stated odds, those odds are locked for that bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 77xc's trading team, including during periods of high volatility or pending official rulings on match incidents.
• 77xc reserves the right to void bets placed where a technical error has resulted in the display of clearly incorrect odds, or where a bet has been placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance, including real-money funds where 77xc determines that such funds are connected to the prohibited activity:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 77xc platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, playing games, or exploiting promotional mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using 77xc to process the proceeds of illegal activity, or making deposits with the primary intent of withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the 77xc platform, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Abusing the customer support team, including using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language in any communication with 77xc staff.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.

77xc cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required to do so by applicable law or court order.

All intellectual property on the 77xc platform — including but not limited to the 77xc brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 77xc or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77xc platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the 77xc platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 77xc brand name, logo, or any other trademarked material in any context outside of personal reference to the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the 77xc platform.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the 77xc platform for commercial or non-personal purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 77xc intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

77xc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. The key principles governing our handling of your personal data are as follows:

• Personal data is collected for the specific purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and improving the 77xc platform and services.
• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
• 77xc employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions. Your account data, payment details, and personal information are stored on secure, access-controlled servers.

77xc shall not be liable for any of the following, howsoever arising:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

77xc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 77xc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in the Help section of your account dashboard.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77xc holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the 77xc platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 77xc through our customer support channel. 77xc aims to resolve all player complaints within five business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in your account Help section.

In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
